Program Description:
May's Professional Development session will provide a summary of practices related to executive compensation with particular focus on incentive structure and design and the role incentives play in sourcing executive talent.
Learning Objectives:
- Review the differences between public and private organizations, 'market' trends in executive compensation and drivers of these trends.
- Determine the factors that are the foundation to how organizations structure compensation packages to attract and retain CFOs and other executive team members.
- Understand the reasons behind these structures, and how to navigate a negotiation (or re-negotiation) in today's improving market
- Provide a snapshot of Greater Boston offer trends, outlining the latest strategies and some creative approaches employers are using to attract executive talent.
